TeamSpeak

You can contact our customer support by using TeamSpeak during normal working hours of Finland which means 10:00 - 18:00 GMT+2. You can join our TeamSpeak server at voice.net9.fi. Please join the channel Support/Tuki when you connect to our TeamSpeak server in order to receive help from our staff.

Skype

You can join our Skype live chat from our page's footer or from the following link: Skype. We will answer during normal working hours of Finland which means 10:00 - 18:00 GM+2. When joining the conversation, please state your problem in one message. This will make it easier for our staff to help you with your issue substantially.

Email

You can reach us via email around the clock, 24/7. If you are a registered customer, please use the email you registered with so we can see information of your products and other customer information. You can reach our email support at support@net9.fi.

Website live chat

Live chat on our website can be utilized to reach our product support. On the right hand corner, press the chat button in order to open the live chat. The button is visible only when our staff is availablee on the live chat. During this time "Online" will read on the lower right corner of the page.
