There are two ways to cancel an active order. One way is to just stop paying, in which case the product or service will be automatically cancelled after due date. However, if the service was paid via Paypal, it will be automatically renewed when due, so it must be cancelled manually as described blow. We recommend to cancel manually always, as this will stop sending of payment reminders and other such emails to your mailbox.
How can I submit a cancellation request?
You can cancel your service by going to Services → My Services → Name of service → Request cancellation. Thus, you will find cancellation request menu by going to your product's settings and click on the left sidebar. You can also submit a cancellation request by contacting our customer service.
